What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

When buying a home. You should always get a home inspection before you make such a big investment. A few hundred dollars could save you so much down the road. When looking for a Home Inspector, look for the smaller companies like mine. Because spending the time and looking at everything to make sure you are aware of dangers and flaws is important. I take the time to look and not just hurry to move on to the next one.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Chimney - Inspection
- $70.00 to $100.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
- $100.00 to $150.00 fixed fee (level 2 inspection)
single levels normally run around $70.00. But if distance is beyond 25 miles from my location charges may increase.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $350.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
For houses up too 1999 square feet of heated living space $250.00
For houses from 2000-3000 square feet price $300.00
If house is 4000 square feet of above price is $350.00

Roof - Inspection
- $70.00 to $100.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Normal houses roof inspections run $70.00.
If house is beyond 25 miles from office price will be $100.00
