Fire Damage Claims
If you suffered a fire you should be calling a Public Insurance Adjuster to help settle your claim. Just as your insurance company has obligations, you as the insured has obligations if you suffered a fire. It's very important, the property is secured and mitigation begins to limit any additional damages. Puff Backs
Puff Backs: As it starts to get colder outside, people turn on their furnaces. This can result in what's called a Puff Back which deposits black soot all around your vents and house or business. The soot from the Puff Back is usually very sticky and cannot be wiped off. If this happens to your house or business you can file an insurance claim with your insurance company. This is usually a coverable loss. However, Insurance claims adjusters usually just want to pay for a quick cleaning if that.
That will not work. Usually your property will need to be painted. Hard surfaces like furniture can be cleaned as well as clothing. However soft surfaces like couches a lot of times cannot be cleaned and need to be replaced.

- 5.00 to 10.00 percent of total claim
we only get paid after our clients are paid, we receive anywhere from 5 to 10 percent of the loss after the client is paid
