I advise clients to consider the value of working directly with their project's designer;one who will listen and strive to satisfy their wants and needs without imposing his own tastes on them. And I'd look for someone who has actually built something and appreciates construction costs and the importance of economical design.

All types of residential design and CAD construction drawing preparation (single family, multi-family, whole house, remodels, additions, pop-tops) for owners and builders. Light commercial including tenant finish, remodels, additions.

Architects - Commercial
- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.00 to $12.00 per square foot (design cost only)
Fees vary widely depending on scope of project, scope of services requested, and project complexity.

- $100.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.00 to $10.00 per square foot (design cost only)
Fees vary widely depending on scope of project, scope of services requested, and project complexity.

Designers - Drafters - CAD Drafting
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour for original plans
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour for revisions to existing plans
