What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Always ask questions. Do some research on the project you want completed, so you'll know the right questions to ask. If you can't get a straight answer, move on. Most importantly, listen to yourself. If it doesn't feel right, move on. You as the homeowner/resident, need to be comfortable with a vendor in your home.

We remove all related trash from the site. When possible, we prefer open doors and windows versus air conditioning.

We're honest, dependable, and not looking to pull every possible dollar out of each job. We try our best to make both sides happy. Where possible, we offer less expensive alternatives without sacrificing the integrity of the project.

On some services, we do offer a limited warranty. Depending on the service, some warranties come at an additional charge.

How long will this take? We can't begin to guess until we know EVERYTHING that will be needed to be done.

Why can't we just do it his way instead? This question is normally about $ or time, on the customers end, and always ends being a case of their way not being the right way, or the customer not want to spend the money needed to do the job they REALLY want.
