How We Charge For Our Services
Addition to House - Build
- $260.00 to $340.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $85.00 to $160.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
We work in phases, Kitchen (P1) Exterior paint (p2) Ect... we collect half of the money upfront and the remaining at completion.

Construction Management Services
- $50.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
- 8.00 to 20.00 percent of total project cost
The fixed fee would be monthly also the percentage of the monthly rent.

Real Estate Consultants
- $200.00 per hour
- 3.00 to 7.00 percent of sale
