Janitorial, Day Porter, Cleaning, Waxing, Scrubbing. Whether it be cleaning just the restrooms of a restaurant, mopping and scrubbing the aisles of a retail store, or cleaning an automobile dealership; no job is too big or too small.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

Satisfaction. No long term contracts. Most agreements are for a year to three years, but ours can be terminated with 60 days notice.

Shoe marks on the floor from customer boots? We have a special organic cleaner that can be used to remove them on a regular basis. Salt on floors in winter months? We have a special desalination tablet that can be added to the rinse water during your nightly floor maintenance.

Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?

Our Handyman and Lawn Care companies offer these discounts but the Janitorial Services Industry is priced competitively as to not need these discounts. Also we do not pay our workers minimum wage, so offering discounts would affect our ability to maintain good employees and pay them a working wage.

- $18.00 to $22.00 per man hour
We provide the best service at the lowest possible price.
Our systems and Chemicals are designed to decrease the amount of time needed to complete the tasks being performed.
We will work with our clients to stay within a budget for specified levels of service.
