How We Charge For Our Services
Addition to House - Build
- $250.00 to $300.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $150.00 to $250.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
An initial agreement that describe the scope of work with a payment schedule needs to be signed prior to commencement of work.. A retainer amount based on a percentage of the total cost of the project is due at the date of signing the agreement.
