Questions & Answers
Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Once you’ve determined that you need outside help and have a better idea of the type of help you need, it’s time to find and screen the consultant. You need to feel comfortable with a consultant, and asking questions can help you recognize where your expectations will be met and where there could be gaps. If you cannot do this, you are not likely to obtain the results you expect. A few ways to do this are listed here. Assure that your prospective consultant has real-world experience and can apply his or her knowledge to your specific situation. Not just papers or plaques saying they can. What type of advice does the prospective consultant provide? Published articles or even tips from newsletters or memos can prove helpful. Test for interest level and knowledge transfer. Did they ask questions or did it seem as if it was a scripted set notes they were reciting back to you?

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: Medicare DME supplier accreditation setup, training and application. Medicare training for site survey and application.

Consult It!

Finding a consultant that offers consulting and support at a very affordable monthly flat rate isn't as easy as it may seem. With today's industry wide rate cuts, competitive bidding and audits constantly looming, providers need to be wary of "too good to be true" consulting deals, packages & advertisements. It is critical for all healthcare suppliers & providers to work with someone they can trust to assist and guide them through the accreditation process, with their claims, audits, a new start up or any other areas they feel that they may need help in. y diversifying and learning how different areas of the industry work, I was able to excel and expand my knowledge which afforded me the ability to gain the confidence and determination needed to guide and assist others with consulting, audit & appeal review assistance, administration review, revenue cycle management, medical billing, coding & collections, claims reimbursement & denial management.
