Home Inspection Services
- $349.00 to $407.66 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $399.00 to $598.41 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $549.00 to $1,088.91 for +4,000 sf house
- $399.00 to $434.91 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
When I receive your email or call you will discuss what type of services you'll like me to do for you, I'll give you a free estimate and email you my contract agreement with cost break down and a total price if you agree to agreement sign and email back to me. I'll set up an appointment to do the inspection (Notice) completing the inspection job payment is due. Payments as follow to be paid by cashiers check

Inspection - Waterproofing
- $150.00 to $250.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $500.00 for standard inspection
