Appliance (Major Electric) - Install or Replace
- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
- $100.00 to $200.00 for basic appliance hookup
Pricing is fair based off quality and integrity.

Appliance (Microwave Oven) - Install or Replace
- $100.00 to $250.00 per hour
- $30.00 to $50.00 for basic microwave installation (labor only)
Priced by the job not the hour

Furnace - Inspection
- $150.00 to $250.00 for typical furnace inspection
Full inspection according to manufacturer standards

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install
- $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu gas furnace (mid-efficiency; 80-84% afue)
- $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu gas furnace (high-efficiency; +90% afue)
- $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu electric furnace (high-efficiency; +90% afue)
- $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 for 80,000-100,000 btu electric furnace (mid-efficiency; 80-84% afue)
