At first our client wanted a 24' x 24' deck to replace a decrepit deck on the back of their home.We take great pride in listening to our customers needs and desires.Though we would have enjoyed building such a large deck we actually showed the dimensions of their dream deck by laying out stakes and tape for the outside boundries. After visually seeing the difference we then showed them a version that was balanced and less expensive to construct. The cost between a 12' x 28' and a 24' x 24' deck is less than half. Our clients not only where able to save their money they were able to furnish there new deck at the same time as construction instead of waiting 2 or three years.

We were VERY VERY impressed with Ed from Pillar Home and Business He listened to what we needed to have done, and our concerns about losing floor space in the attic, and proposed a solution which gives us all of the advantages of blown-in insulation, but still allows us to keep most of our storage space. Very detailed estimates, so you always understand what you are paying for. Very friendly and knowledgeable on most home repair and remodelling subjects. This was a bathroom mold repair that replaced all the walls, a window and exhaust vent. The job was done less expensively than the mold "specialists" but was done just as completely and professionally. There was also the advantage of knowledge of plumbing, electrical and everything else that had to go into replacing the walls and window with mold resistant material. I am totally satisfied with the result."
