- $180.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We charge $.15 per square foot. We feel this is a fair and average price for a home inspection.
