How We Charge For Our Services

Carpentry Framing - Install
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus materials)
Are we going to have to use scaffolding or tall ladders?

Closet - Build
- $300.00 to $1,500.00 for standard bedroom closet (4 ft reach-in)
- $500.00 to $5,000.00 for typical walk-in closet (approx. 9'x9')
Depends on the level of finish. Either having doors, drawers, crown, and or base moldings.

Handyman Services - Residential
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
Are we going to have to use equipment meaning chop saws, table saws, hammer drills, provide hardwares?

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
Are we going to have to use scaffolding or tall ladders?

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $350.00 to $700.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $100.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for driveway
Are we going to have to get on the roof or the use of ladders and or chemicals?

Window - Washing and Cleaning
- $5.00 to $20.00 per pane (inside and outside)
- $5.00 to $20.00 per pane (outside only)
