- $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 fixed fee to expedite permit (home addition)
For master-planned communities with master plans approved, we are able to offer a steeply discounted rate in order to help developers get their permits approved speedily.
We also work with custom homes, which can be more complex, require more corrections and time all around, which is what our higher pricing model represents.
