- $50.00 to $90.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $10.00 to $18.00 per square foot (unfinished home addition framing)
- $10.00 to $18.00 per square foot (unfinished new home framing)
My billing philosophy depends on the scope of the project. New construction usually costs less than remodeling. A major factor is the size of the job. For handyman services a general rule is labor plus materials
