What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

A:

Check your companies certification. Pest Control requires specific licenses in specific application categories in every state in the United States. Pesticide licenses would indicate they have proper insurance and participate in continuing educational programs. When it comes to pest control experience and background are important. Certification is about liability.

We are specially trained and completely aware of the environmental issues we face. We aim to make a healthier environment reducing runoff, soil leaching, and water source contamination by practicing proper dosages, application techniques, and understanding the products we use.

The owner of FALL GUYS LLC is one of a few instructors approved as a NJ Pesticide Usage Trainer in the application industry we represent. We provide training classes throughout North South and Central NJ, for new pesticide training candidates and for those already certified and need to attend updating classes on new methods and approaches to the lawn, Horticultural, and Pest Control industry.
It is also our policy to custom select products for usage at the time of the application. We are NOT following a one mix fix all program. We use many organic products when they are the best choice and quite often they are. All employees are continuously trained to perform and recognize the problems faced with the areas of control we serve. Each lawn receives what it needs. It is not a blanket remedy. WHile it takes time, we intend to get every property to as close to a stable level that requires the least amount of pesticides and the best result. We provide tips and suggestions for those maintaining the properties so we all provide the best service that will provde the best possible end product.

Is this safe? Our answer is complicated. However we assure each customer that we are professionally trained, we re-visit training sessions on a regular basis. We handle only products where the EPA and the State Agencies have approved the label for usage. We ourselves are fully licensed, and our product choices are chosen to provide efficient control with the least possible harm to the environment, wildlife, our customers, and ourselves.

FALL Guys LLC is a Pest Management and Plant Health Care company. About half of our work is lawns We provide green weed free lawns to be as thick as your environment can allow with consideration for the surrounding ecology and environment. Our combined services are designed to save money. We provide multiple services in a single visit saving on multiple visit charges. Because our crew is trained and licensed in each category we can have a lawn visit combined with a Household pest prevention visit saving the return trip cost of the visit allowing us to keep the price of the combined service affordable and provide savings while still receiving quality service.

We are a professional pest control company. Pests in the household include insects and rodents and animals. Most people do not consider the lawn and landscape plant maintenance pest control however it is. We offer fertilization, weed control, and insect control on both lawn and horticultural landscape plants. We use minimal amounts of pesticide and perform this service in an environmentally responsible manner.

Paul Stanziale - Pesticide Saftey,Usage, and Training
Paul is a certified instructor for pesticide licensing in NJ NY and PA. Courses are offered all over NJ, Eastern PA, and Southern NY in English and Spanish for initial pesticide certification and Pesticide Safety and Re-certification. Literally thousands per year attend his instructional classes.

FALL Guys Roots
Paul is a graduate of Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture with a BS in Agronomy. He furthered his studies at Cook College Rutgers in Landscape Design and Plant Materials. He comes with 20 + years of self-employment with a landscape service company that included lawn services, landscape construction, landscape design, and other related services. He also has taught landscaping and related fields to adults and high school technical students where awards for first place in New Jersey for Landscape Design and Turf Management were common. Paul is considered an expert in turf management as well as landscape design and Household Pest Control. He presently trains other professionals in pesticide usage and re-certification credit for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, New York DEC, and PA Department of Agriculture. His passion is creating useful living spaces and beautiful lawns.

We believe in preventative maintenance in keeping the pest invaders out of your home. It is important to get pests under control and then maintain that control through preventative maintenance. We have an extremely affordable program to control pests. If one uses our lawn service we are able to offer Household pest controls even cheaper. Our staff is routinely trained and re-certified to handle Lawns, landscapes, and Household pests.

How We Charge For Our Services

Lawn - Aeration Services
- $340.00 to $450.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $275.00 to $395.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
- $175.00 to $275.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
There is aeration and we add seed. the amount of seed we add changes the price. Aeration is something we strongly encourage. Our best lawns are from our customers that aerate every year.

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $72.00 to $80.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $95.00 to $110.00 per application (1/2 acre)
We average the cost and divide by the number of visits.

Mosquito Control
- $50.00 to $90.00 for one-time treatment (1/4 acre yard)
We will not inundate a property with pesticides where the product will not make a real difference. If the property can benefit from a treatment we will do so. If one is having a party we can provide service to keep that part bug free. The Fee is based on so many factors that it has more to do than square feet or just size.
