How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $90.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.50 to $3.50 per square foot (design cost only)
- 4.00 to 10.00 percent of construction cost
Pricing is relative to the amount of man hours my project team has to provide. We have small overhead but still have financial obligations (like professional fees, insurance, and computer technology) we must still cover. We also have consultants we must pay.
Existing construction remodels still require recreation of the 'as-built' conditions that must be field measured to the best of one's ability. This is a time consuming process and new clients must consider this expense when hiring a professional. If you already have existing drawings, that is great. Just consider, the accuracy of the drawings and if they are in AutoCAD electronic format.

- $60.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.50 to $3.50 per square foot (design cost only)
- 6.00 to 9.00 percent of construction cost

- $45.00 to $65.00 per hour for original plans
