We are am HR Consulting firm. We specialize in analysis of HR relatated problems and finding solutions. Our most common type of project is HR problem identification and resolution, coupled with Organizational risks identification and mitigation. We also provide trageted recruitiing.

How We Charge For Our Services

Coaching - Business & Executive
- $79.00 to $250.00 per hour
Our billing philosophy is based on the scope of work. If you are looking for Per Diem type HR. You call we answer or email. Cost would start at $79. If you are looking for a retainer based program. (I call this HR on Speed Dial). That would start at $99/ month and is based on the size of your company. An extensive project that takes analytics and research would be more expensive.

Employment & Career Counseling

- $25.00 to $79.00 first consultation
We are currently running a special on Career Coaching. We specialize in manufacturing/warehouse type positions. We work with those individuals that have difficulty finding jobs. First session is $25 through the end of March.
