My wife and I have had an Ohio Valley Pure Water filtration system in our home for about 7 years. The only problem we've had was when we moved. Shortly after we moved the output dropped. We called and they were there the same day. And repair it at no charge.
We had our annual filter replacement yesterday, and Mike, the owner, is who showed up at our door. He is the one that put in our first system in our previous home. It was good to see him again. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick at his job. He was in and out in about half an hour and left his work area immaculate. I would strongly recommend Ohio Valley Pure Water is you are looking for a water filtration system. They do good work, and they are honest. That is a combination that is hard to find, and even harder to beat.

We had the system in staled in the fall of 2015 just after we moved to r new house the person who put it in was very nice and did a great job putting in the system. When we had a little problem they where quick to respond. When it was time to have r system they called us made a appointment they came out serviced r system and the person they sent out was very nice and did a great job replacing r filters and cleaning out r tank.
