Pathway to Property Ownership
Client joins program
Client signs up with credit repair Firm to repair credit. This Credit Repair program is completely ran by specialist that specializes in repairing credit. That it!!! The client will be assigned a Specialist to get started. Both companies have a proven track record and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. The length of this process depends on work needed to raise their score.
The client at this point would be sent to a preferred network of mortgage brokers. These brokers require a min score of 580 for approval. We even have private lenders, FHA and HUD Brokers in our network approving scores of 600. We also work with Business Credit firms to help an investor get started. We have a host of products that the client can choose from that best meet their needs.
We’re capturing the client as their score improves by showing them the list. Between these two phases, the client will be searching for their new home from a list of properties from my Investors.

Construction Credit
Construction Credit, based out of Chicagoland area, will finance the construction on your project. If your project fits the criteria, they will finance up to $100,000. This is a great way for newbie investors to get in the game without having all of the financing.
