- $315.00 to $395.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $465.00 to $555.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $560.00 to $655.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $460.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Pricing is based on the properties square footage and year built.

Pool - Inspection
- $150.00 to $199.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $99.00 to $149.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Pricing is based on the size of the pool.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $125.00 to $175.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
The radon test is $175 as a stand-alone test and offered at $125 when ordered in conjunction with a home inspection.
