Sodding
Old dead lawn was completely removed and after preparing the soil and installation of a new water efficient irrigation system, new certified sod was installed throughout the entire front and back yard.

Brick Paver Porch
the old broken tiles and the concrete underneath them was removed. New brick paver porch with proper base and drainage gives the property a much better look and will last a lifetime.

Artificial Turf and white gravels around the pool give this back yard a clean and relaxing look without any of the upkeeps of the traditional landscape

- $7.00 to $12.00 per square foot (mid-grade lawn turf)
based on model of the turf and application of the area

Landscape Curbing - Install Concrete
- $7.00 to $12.00 per linear foot (mid-grade concrete)
based on the pattern and color

Seeding Services
- $0.50 to $1.50 per square foot (new lawn)
based on type of seed and condition of the yard

Sod Installation
- $2.00 to $4.00 per square foot installed
based on the size, condition of the yard and type of sod

Yard & Lawn - Cleanup
- $150.00 to $1,000.00 per visit / by session
based on the condition of the property and type of cleanup needed.
