My home inspections in Cincinnati and Northern KY will summarize the condition of a property, point out the need for major repairs and identify areas that may need attention in the near future. Buyers and sellers can depend on the accuracy of my home inspections to maximize their knowledge of the property in order to make intelligent decisions before executing an agreement for sale or purchase.

I have been in the home improvement industry for 20 years.
Formerly a Fire Building Inspector for a Northern KY Fire Department.
Trained as a home inspector at Professional Home Inspection Institute. (94 hours)
Further training as a home inspector at Professional Learning Institute. (24 hours)
Passed the National Home Inspectors Exam.
Certified as a home inspector with InterNACHI. (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors)
Licensed in KY through the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors.
License # HI-3191
Fully insured and bonded.
I use 3D Inspection Software with digital photos embedded in the inspection report.

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
$275 for most inspections. $25 additional fee per 500 sq.ft. over 2,500. Additional 10% for homes built before 1975.
