How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $1,500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Fixed Fee only, $350 minimum. Will bid a price, depends on more than size. Some buildings are more complicated and time consuming than others of the same size.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $500.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $550.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Price based on square footage, age of house and extras like pool, spa, guest house.

Pool - Inspection
- $30.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
$30 standard rate for residential pool. I would refer a large commercial pool inspection to a pool contractor.

Roof - Inspection
- $100.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Roof inspection included with regular home or commercial inspection. $100 is for a roof only inspection.
