NLD Design LLC is a full service architecture firm that specializes in high-end custom residential work including new construction, additions, and renovations. We have a passion for well-crafted architecture and strive to design authentic stylistic solutions that synthesize form, durability, and beauty with today’s functional demands.
The most important part of any project we undertake is our client. Each project is a unique opportunity for us to help achieve a dream. Our goals are to listen, collaborate, educate, inspire, and realize a design that embodies the client’s vision while balancing their priorities.
Our work includes an array of projects from large estates to small kitchens as well as light commercial additions. We’ve celebrated designing in various styles, from Shingle-style beach houses to elegant Georgian revival estates to quaint Craftsman cottages. Rustic farmhouses, Federal and Colonial residences, modern and contemporary homes have also been part of our experience.
