I use a variety of approaches to address my patient’s individual and unique needs. Many successful treatment outcomes utilize a foundation of behavioral, cognitive, interpersonal, object relations, psychodynamic, relational psychotherapy, psychoeducational, play therapy, sand play, social constructionist theories, and treatment approaches. The focus is patient-centered and quickly moves toward a tailored treatment plan and approach. The eclectic foundations and tools sustain change and growth experienced in regular therapy.
