Faucets - Install or Repair
- $300.00 to $500.00 for sink or bath faucet (install only)
- $350.00 to $700.00 for sink or bath faucet (includes mid-grade fixture)
Again the cheapest rate would be ideal conditions and the high rate would be if there were less than perfect conditions to work . Like no room .

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
- $65.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus parts)
- $100.00 to $500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
All depends on how far line needs to go and the working conditions.

Garbage Disposal - Install
- $250.00 to $400.00 fixed fee (includes disposal)
- $65.00 to $100.00 per hour (labor only)
If we furnish disposal then the price would the cost of disposal plus hour labor .

Plumbing for Remodel or Addition - Install
- $65.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus parts and materials)
- $2,500.00 to $3,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with copper
- $1,700.00 to $2,200.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pvc
- $1,700.00 to $2,200.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with cpvc
- $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 for repiping 1500 sf home with pex
Different types of materials or easier than other to work with and material prices are so different . And these are estimates every job would be different .

Sewer Main - Install, Replace or Repair
- $20.00 to $25.00 per linear foot (replacement - traditional trench)
- $15.00 to $25.00 per linear foot (new construction installation)
- $150.00 to $300.00 per hour plus materials (for repair)
