Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $1,200.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Depends upon the square feet of the building assessment, crawl space or basement size, size of the area that may be contaminated with mold, water intrusion, or other contaminates.

Environmental & Ecological Consultants
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $250.00 to $10,000.00 fixed fee for consultation
Size of the area contaminated, type of materials to be assessed, reports needed to be reported, Sub-contractors needed to complete the job, all of this is and more will be discussed during the assessment period.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $75.00 to $150.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $250.00 to $1,200.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Samples depend upon the type of sampling is needed and the number of samples. The cost would be determined by type of contamination, number of people affected, health concerns, etc
