What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

We strive to be on the cutting edge of our industry while maintaining our roots and our "home town, family owned" business ideals. Unlike other businesses, we treat our customers like our family. We are continually educating our customers, so their mold problem does not return. On top of our excellent customer service, our treatments are efficient. That means we can get our customers back in their property quickly, safely, and at a reduced cost compared to our competition.

What separates your company from the competition?

We don't use scare tactics. Our competition wants their customers to believe that their home is toxic and could be hurting them. We want our customers to know that mold is not a scary situation. We can fix the most overwhelming mold problems without scare tactics and overpriced remediations.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

We guarantee all of our work. Once a remediation is complete we take air quality samples, so we can stand by our results. If we don't like what we see, we will come back to your property for a retreatment for no additional costs to our customers.

What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?

Can you tell me if I have black mold? We hear this question a lot. Fortunately for our customers, not all molds are created equal. There are over 100,000 mold spore types, and a lot of them are black. The good news is that not all of them produce mycotoxins. Like Stachybotrys. That is the dreaded "black mold". Even better news, is that it is pretty rare to find in a home. Most of the time we find Cladosporium or Basidiospores when people tell me the have "black mold". Which are still not great to have in your property, but will not cause long term damage to your health.

We are sorry. We do not. We try to keep our margins as small as possible, so we can pass on the savings to all of our customers.

One afternoon we received a phone call from a sweet, elderly woman from St Augustine. She had recently had open heart surgery, and had spent 3 months at her sister's home recovering. While she was gone, she shut off her AC and bored her house up tight. When she returned home she discovered almost every surface in her home was covered in mold. After a mold inspection, we were able to treat her home and kill over 1.7 million mold spores in less than 5 hours. She is now happy to be back home, and is feeling as young as ever!

How We Charge For Our Services

Dry-rot, Water or Pest Damage Major - Repair
- $137.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
The price per job varies based on the amount of man hours that are required to establish Clearance.

Indoor Air Quality - Testing
- $395.00 to $450.00 for typical four-bedroom home
We charge on a flat fee basis. The amount for testing depends on the size of the home and how many sample will be taken.

Mold - Remediation & Removal
- $137.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
The price per job varies based on the amount of man hours that are required to establish Clearance.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $395.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
We charge on a flat fee basis. The amount for testing depends on the size of the home and how many sample will be taken.
