- $499.00 to $999.00 for typical four-bedroom home
- $99.00 to $150.00 per sample
Depending on location, customer and volume, prices are reflected as such.

Mold - Remediation & Removal
- $75.00 to $300.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $4.00 to $8.00 per square foot
Depending on the materials to be remediated, containment areas set up and equipment required.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $99.00 to $150.00 per hour for on-site sampling
- $99.00 to $150.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $799.00 to $999.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
