The ownership of a new home is one of the most important decisions an individual or couple will make. It is important to get a professional who not only will give a thorough inspection but is willing to answer any questions, and to take time with the client to help them be assured of the inspection and comfortable with the decision they make based upon the inspection.

How We Charge For Our Services

Chimney - Inspection
- $75.00 to $100.00 fixed fee (level 1 inspection)
On a general complete home inspection the price would be included with the inspection not in addition to.

Home Inspection Services
- $275.00 to $350.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $550.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $400.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
The age, structure # of restrooms, outbuildings etc. are the variance that determine the price.
My philosophy in billing is to be fair, for my client and all parties involved. I believe in keeping honesty and integrity in this industry.
To me the value of a professional inspection is one of the greatest assets to the client; their investment for a clear and complete inspection will bring security and peace of mind.
