How We Charge For Our Services

Aluminum Gutters - Repair
- $25.00 to $30.00 fixed fee - flat rate
To reseal leaking gutter seams usually on inside or outside corners we charge 25.00 per leak. We do not apply caulk over the top of old caulk because it will leak again. We clean out all of the old caulk and then wipe down the cleaned area with mineral spirits and dry well and THEN we reseal the seam with quality caulk. We warrant the seam not to leak within one year. Prices are subject to change.

Gutter Cleaning
- $0.50 to $1.00 per linear foot
We charge .50 per foot for one story houses and 1.00 per foot for two story houses within a 25 mile radius of Baldwin, Ga. If we travel further then we have to charge extra for mileage.

Gutter Guards and Covers - Install or Replace
- $5.00 to $12.00 per linear foot
Our gutter covers very in price from 5.00 per foot for our tiny hole screen to 12.00 per foot for our stainless micro screen covers. Most of the covers will have warranty. We also offer a service called "try before you buy". We install several feet of covers and let you try it out to make sure you like the looks and the functioning of the system, this way there are no surprises.
