- $0.12 to $0.15 per square foot
Multi family and Commercial and build by square foot

Home Inspection Services
- $225.00 to $260.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $275.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $240.00 to $275.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
I charge 375 up to 3000 sq ft and .15 a sq ft above 3000+

Pool - Inspection
- $65.00 to $85.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $40.00 to $60.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
most pools are $40
|
Roof - Inspection
- $100.00 to $150.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
I dont have it broke out for just the roof, but can setup.
