How We Charge For Our Services

Air Quality Consultants
- $250.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for consultation
Our consultation includes an energy audit of the home running a blower door and checking combustion appliances as a certified BPI Building Analyst and Envelope specialist.
If we deem it necessary to install monitoring, we use a FOOBOT the client would purchase and we would monitor for 30-90 days to measure elements of air quality.

Insulation - Blown-In
- $2.00 to $3.50 per square foot (fiberglass or cellulose)
Pricing is based upon square footage of walls and attic, level of difficulty in terms of siding on home and access to attic.

Pressure Washing - Residential
- $300.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $250.00 to $475.00 fixed fee for driveway
- $250.00 to $475.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft)
pricing varies based upon home size and difficulty related to height and access.
