It is important to know the market share of a real estate company, their marketing capabilities, Agent and client support. In interviewing agents, customer service is very important and their willingness and ability to help walk you through each step of a transaction. Ask about the team of professionals they have established as this team will be needed throughout the various phases of a transaction.
