Befor and After of a Kitchen/Dining Redesign

This home was built in 1925, not much was done or a lot of money wanted to be spent. However, with a fresh coat of paint, clearing off the walls and counters, adding and removing furniture, the space is now more spacious and updated.

Master Bedroom Redesign

This master bedroom before was dated with dark curtains and bedding. The room was painted a nice neutral color, trim painted white. Updated the bedding and furniture leaving this room a more comfortable updated space.

NE City Vacant Staging Project

In a vacant home there is no frame of reference. Most buyers have a very hard time figuring out if their things will fit in the space. Adding furniture takes the guessing out and gives the buyer that emotional connection everyone needs when purchasing a home.

- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $300.00 to $350.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $600.00 to $650.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $900.00 to $1,200.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $400.00 to $550.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Since every home is unique, I bill depending on square footage of the home and work required.
