Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $450.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
All major credit cards, Check, or Cash. Payment is due before inspection will commence.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour
Major credit cards, check, cash. 1/2 payment at signing of contract. 1/2 when job is completed.

Pool - Inspection
- $50.00 to $100.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Credit card, Check, Cash before inspection commences.

Roof - Inspection
- $50.00 to $65.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
Credit card, Check, Cash, before inspection commences.
