The most common type of project we handle are shed, deck, fence, and garage demolition. We also demo any other exterior structure. We also do many kitchen, bath, and basement demolition projects.

We recently gutted a house that had been flooded by a busted pipe. Everything in the house was wet, which made for a messy job. We removed all the drywall, carpets, cabinets, and flooring while running dehumidifiers. Afterwards, we sprayed everything down with bleach to stop the growth of mold.

- $1.00 to $4.00 per square foot
The smaller the job the more per square foot.

Demolition - Residential
- $3.00 to $5.50 per square foot
- $5,200.00 to $15,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $8,000.00 to $16,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
Price depends on access around the property. Do we have a lot of room to work. Also, the price will change depending on what materials the house is built with. Wood is cheaper then brick.

Pool Demolition or Removal
- $6.00 to $16.00 per square foot
- $6,000.00 to $12,000.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, complete demo)
- $400.00 to $1,800.00 fixed fee (above ground pool)
- $4,000.00 to $8,000.00 fixed fee (in-ground pool, partial demo)
Many variables determine the price. Size, access, how the pool is built, permits, other structures like decks or patios.
