We are currently looking into offering our clients a 5-year upfront guarantee on our work and looking to offer them also a 2 year extended warranty all this by the end of 2017 so that rolling out in the 2018 we will have these guarantees in place for our customers

Current project in Wilmington MA. we are working on an exterior painting project which is requiring quite a bit of challenge it is a shingle home that after power washing a 90% of the old paint had chipped up and come off so we had a lot of scraping and sanding along with this to see the shingles are now very sharp and very rich in their oils so we need to go in an oil based primer and cover that with a nice latex paint along with this we are also doing the gutters window trim there's a lot of small projects that have been added onto this which is great for us in the homeowners getting a great deal. One of our greatest benefits is that we communicate with each homeowner on an individual basis depending on their needs. On this project we had added I got a system so we moved her old gutters and we were going to have the truck come up and roll it right out but after doing a cost comparison we realize that we could save the homeowner just on the front part of the gutter system of hundred dollars by shopping it at the hardware store that was very exciting to the homeowner because they are looking at saving her $300 on the materials. We are always trying to find ways to cut costs but not quality MRG painting and projects takes great pride in all of its Works. We take great pride in our prep work because we know if we do 110% of the prep work the finished product comes out beautiful and it last longer and the color stays vibrant for years to comes.

- $3,000.00 to $5,500.00 fixed fee (typical 80-100sf bathroom)

- $42.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $7.00 to $12.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $0.90 to $1.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $4.00 to $9.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $4.00 to $7.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Charging per sq ft is easy but when the customer wants high end stone and fancy layout pricing rates go up, however on larger tile projects the cost goes down..

I find it hard to estimate per square foot When painting the exterior of a home because there's so many other factors that add into it such as: fascia board soffit the condition of the shingles the prepping sanding power washing priming caulking, so there's a lot that goes into my pricing, it is based on how I feel cost of materials + labor and time and then I come up with a price which is very fair
