How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $340.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $390.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $420.00 to $600.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $360.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Our pricing is based off of the total square footage of the home and foundation type (crawlspaces typically charge more)

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $75.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
- $375.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for residential mold inspection (includes 2-3 samples for lab testing)
Fixed rate for mold testing up to 2 samples. Additional fees added for additional samples after 2
|
Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $160.00 to $170.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Fixed rate testing for both with home inspection and without.
