I recently did a Christmas design job. I purchased everything for the customer to keep, I hired helpers to get lights on the outside of the home and help in general. I came and decorated, took away trash, packed up any decor from thanksgiving. I took care of any payments and coordination for helpers.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $100.00 per hour
- $450.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $750.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
I am straight forward. I will tell you how much it is including any tax, shipping etc. I want there to be no surprises. If you have a budget, I will stick to it.
