Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: When choosing an event lighting provider, be sure they are a fully registered business with your local state government agencies, they have web presence with at least 2 years of customer feedback shown, the business owner is prominently displayed and shows history of ownership, and of course they impress you with their customer service and availability of products desired.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: We provide event lighting products and installations with our most popular packages being holiday decor and festival market string lights.

Q: What would you like your customers to know about your company?
A: Our lighting service is locally owned by an Orange County Small businessman whom operated the first 13 years of the business as a hobby, operating strictly on donations, and working on the projects for the sake of enjoyment. Today the business model is much the same, every project is cared for as if it were our own project.

Q: What is your company best known for?
A: Unique and innovative project designs with family like customer service.

Q: What separates your company from the competition?
A: Our company was built on the joy people receive from looking at beautiful lighting displays and not making as much profit as fast as possible to appease shareholders. We aim to produce the most beautiful display possible, given the parameters set by the location and budget.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: Each lighting package includes a terms of service agreement which outlines the warranty for that particular project.

Q: What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A: Each year many new customers ask if we promise to return upon the scheduled date to remove the lighting products as stated in the contract. Typically, they had utilized a company previously whom never returned to remove the decorations. Yes our technical crews will perform all processes as outlined in each unique package.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to senior citizens or veterans?
A: We offer many various discount programs, however a senior citizen specific policy does not currently exist.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: This past Spring a new customer requested patio lighting for their residential backyard entertainment space. The lighting design desired would require light strings to be attached to posts in the garden where none existed previously. A dark brown wood post was available in our inventory however they requested a black steel post instead. Our administrative team researched several sources before locating a local steel fabrication plant only 3 miles from our office. We had a sample post made on our expense, and sent the Operations manager to inspect the finalized new prototype. The post was approved and several were ordered for the project. The lighting project was soon installed with the desired black steel post, a very happy new customer, and a new business partnership with the local steel fab plant.

Q: Has your company received any awards?
A: One of our lighting projects was awarded the Most Beautiful home in Huntington Harbor during their prestigious holiday lighting contest.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? (cash, check, credit cards, etc.)
A: As of 2016 we accept credit card, check, money order, direct deposit, wire transfer, smartphne app transfer, paypal, venmo, and valid company issued gift certificates. We do not handle cash.

All of our services are charged per labor hour and skill required.
