In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?

Most of the materials we haul away from demo during a backyard remodel project are sent to a recycling center for items such as soil, plants and trees removed, concrete, wood decks or fences, etc. In addition to that, we install organic plant mix and turf mix soil with our new planting and sod installations. We also minimize the need for regular herbicide applications like Roundup by installing safer pre-emergent herbicides that prevent 90% of weeds from germinating after our installations and bi-annually for our landscape maintenance customers, which reduces post-emergent herbicide use by 80-90%. Furthermore, all of our hardscape materials, soils, bark mulch and aggregates are sourced locally from Oregon-based companies to minimize freight time and correlated emissions from trucking long distances. Finally, with synthetic turf installations we install natural silica sand for infill, rather than the toxic rubber infill they often use in sports fields.

We have been in business for 30 years now, since 1996, and over that time we've acquired the skills to handle anything and everything outdoors. Only a handful of established companies in the Portland area can say that. Which makes us a one-stop-shop for any outdoor needs. We have several divisions of our company who can handle everything from routine landscape maintenance to irrigation system, lighting system and water feature repairs to small enhancement jobs to full design/build/install jobs. We build a wide variety of retaining walls and rock walls, water features, paver patios, fire features, a wide variety of various kinds of outdoor covered structures, wood and iron fences, sport courts, outdoor lighting, driveways, cedar and composite custom decks, irrigation systems, outdoor kitchens, synthetic turf and putting greens, sod lawns, plants and trees, poolscapes, stone masonry and more.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

Yes, of course. A 5-year warranty is standard for most items we install in outdoor living spaces or backyard remodels. Including hardscapes, irrigation, covered structures, sport courts, walls, fences, etc. As well as a 10 year warranty on synthetic turf, 30-day warranty on new sod lawns and 3-month warranty on new plants and trees.

How We Charge For Our Services
|
Artificial Grass or Turf - Install
- $15.00 to $25.00 per square foot (mid-grade lawn turf)
- $20.00 to $30.00 per square foot (putting green)
Every project is a custom price, based on materials chosen, difficulty of jobsite access, shape of the area and expected labor. We offer free quotes that are firm prices. No surprises. The price we charge at the end of the project will be exactly what we quoted.
