Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $600.00 to $2,500.00 fixed fee - flat rate
My fee will be based on the size of the commercial building and the age. Very large business will cost more.

Home Inspection Services
- $350.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $600.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $600.00 to $750.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Billing will vary depending in the size and age of the home.

Mold - Testing or Inspection
- $125.00 per sample for lab testing (surface or air)
I charge per sample, usually a minimum of 4 samples
