- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.75 to $2.95 per square foot
3 payments: 1st payment 1/3 at time of agreement signed contract, 2nd payment 50% of job completion, 3rd and Final completed project.

- $1.50 to $2.95 per square foot
