No high pressure sales, quick work, very polite and easy to work with. Showed me the broken parts. Final bill was less than original estimate, and priced fair. Windows were installed with minimal disruption inside house. daily cleanup outside was excellent. neighbors came up and said house never looked better Phil did final inspection with us present and we were very pleased with quality of work and competitive prices---would recommend him in a minute

When we contracted him for the job he was able to schedule us within a week. They came and finished the roof as scheduled.The clean up afterward was excellent. We would highly recommend phil to family and friends.

Mr. Kulp took the time to explain the project and his estimate for the project. He and his crew were excellent and all aspects of the project were completed within one week to the specifications written in the estimate. We have already asked him to complete another project!!

Phil walked us through the entire process and met with our Insurance Adjuster to make sure that we got a fair settlement. His crew was very professional and did a great job on our repair work. Phil was patient answering our many questions and paid attention to details. The crews working with him were polite and conscientious with the work. A situation that required immediate attention was responded to by Phil promptly and there was no extra charge which we appreciated. This business would come highly recommended.”

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation - $350.00 to $550.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof) prices are based on the options a homeowner chooses and the structure being re-roofed. We won't install 2 layers on a roof.

Asphalt Shingle Roof - Repair - $60.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials) We have a service charge of $125 for small repairs, larger repairs are given a price to work being done.

Flat Roof - Installation - $300.00 to $400.00 per 100 sq.ft. (asphalt roll, no existing roof tear off) - $300.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft (rubber edpm, no existing roof tear off) - $300.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft (built-up bitumen bur, no existing roof tear off) total price is dictated by penetrations, edging, insulation, difficulty level, etc

Flat Roof - Repair - $60.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials) $125 service fee for most small repairs, larger repairs are given a estimate
