How We Charge For Our Services

Alarm or Security System - Install
- $29.00 to $89.00 fixed fee (per entry point)
- $99.00 to $199.00 for standard home system
We provide the protection our clients need at the right price. Our alarm monitoring provides superior response times and equipment is very affordable when accompanied with an alarm subscription.

Alarm or Security System - Monitor
- $34.00 to $40.00 per month
When your alarm system is armed, Keystream Security is monitoring each door, window and entry point. While unarmed, your panel is still hard at work protecting you. First responders will be ready when smoke or carbon monoxide are detected. You’ll be alerted at the first sign of any flooding. Panic buttons can instantly dispatch the police, fire department or medical when activated.

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems
- $90.00 to $120.00 per hour (plus equipment)
- $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 for typical cctv system with 2-4 cameras
We service all type and brands of surveillance systems, however, we only provide high end commercial equipment known for their reliability.

Locksmith
- $145.00 to $175.00 for house lockout service
- $25.00 to $90.00 for deadbolt installation
- $29.00 to $49.00 per lock cylinder (re-keying)
We provide set fee's up front for our services. When a repair is required that can't be determined beforehand we charge $90/ hour in increments of 15 minutes. All our work is back with warranties.

- $145.00 to $190.00 per visit / by session
Our pricing is based on $90/hour and a travel fee of $55.
