How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $450.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $299.00 to $399.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $499.00 to $599.99 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- $100.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation
Detailed invoice received with payments

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)

Interior Designers - Residential
- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour (plus materials)
Detailed invoice provided with payments

Real Estate Consultants
- $125.00 to $150.00 per hour
- 1.00 to 3.00 percent of sale
Staging costs is 1%-3% of market value of a property. Design services can be charges hourly or at a flat rate
