Q: What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A: Determine the need first, what pain point is it that you are trying to address. Is it more space, are you making an investment decision, have you realized new income and you're trying to increase your expenses for the year to reduce your tax burden? Also, determine how much you would like to spend on any given construction project. Once you've determined the budget, our experts in architectural and structural matters will help you determine the scope for your project. You should also have necessary documents such as plat, any preliminary designs, and all potential requirements that you have considered for us to review.

Q: What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A: We have a combined 80 years of experience in design. We build truly custom homes that match the style of the community, address your needs, and strive to design and build it in a matter that minimizes cost and schedule. We design and build new homes and major remodeling (additions, entire new floor, etc.).

Q: In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A: Our trucks use CNG to increase fuel efficiency, we use electric compressors as opposed to gasoline, and use insulation that is low in formaldehyde and is environmentally safe. We use ultra efficient HVAC systems and water heaters. We also minimize use of concrete for additions in order to reduce the total carbon foot print for the project.

A: We hold true to our core values of trust and integrity. We are family owned and have operated throughout these years by holding true to these two values. We have in house experts in building architecture and structure who can assist in developing designs quickly. We also have our own crew who can build footing / foundations, framing, window install, drywall, cabinets and much more. We also have a dedicated set of subcontractors that deliver expert workmanship in tile install, drywall finish, roofing, siding, and much more. We are dedicated to our projects, we have certified project management professionals whom during the project manage the project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that the project is delivered effectively.

A: Experts in commercial and residential architectural and structural and project management experts. We build truly custom structures and are able to deliver complex structures quickly.

A: We are experts in building architecture, structure, and project management. We use technological tools to price, budget, and management projects. As project management experts, we engagement with our customers on a constant basis during the project to ensure that selections made are completely understood prior to build and install. Rapid and constant communication also ensures that any surprises or unforeseen matters during the project are quickly discussed and addressed, ensuring prompt delivery of the project. In all, we have in house design experts, we are expert project managers, and we have our own crew that delivers quality workmanship.

Q: Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A: We were recently approached by a single mother who wanted to convert her existing single level old home into a two story new build. Because of her limited budget, we worked with the county and came up with an innovative way to eliminate the need for site plan and a grading permit by keeping the entire foot print of the construction under 2500 square feet. This reduced the cost of the project by approximately $30,000 and allowed the project to start several months sooner.

A: We design structures that capture the vision and emotions of our clients and at the same time enhance the look and feel of the community. Our requirements capture process ensures that we thoroughly understand our client’s vision and capture that in our design. Our ongoing customer engagement process during construction ensures that our delivery exceeds our customers expectations and meets their vision as discussed during our planning process.

A: We accept cash, check, ACH, and credit card (charge apply) payment.

How We Charge For Our Services
Addition to House - Build
- $170.00 to $210.00 per square foot for premium grade construction
- $150.00 to $160.00 per square foot for standard grade construction
We bill based on natural progression on the project as per contract. All billing and finance matters are discussed prior to the project during the project Kick Off meeting.
