Questions regarding time frame to complete jobs is a concern to most customers, they ask can it be done in a certain time limit etc...I always plan job and add an additional day for the unforeseen things that can come up at any job.

We are Colorado natives, and have over 20 years experience. With only 3 people as regular staff, and 5 others part time, we are a smaller company, but this allows us to give greater discounts and have better availability.

Cash and checks are best, and as I'm becoming more computer savy... I'll take venmo and PayPal transfers.

How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $20.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $3.50 per square foot
50% paid day of start, balance due when completed and work approved. If doing multiple units, then draws weekly up to 50% of unit, balance net 30.

- $20.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $3.50 per square foot
Being a smaller company, I have adapted a few necessary guidelines pertaining to my billing philosophy, number one being be real about the amount of work each job will take to complete and to look great...and bid the job accordingly instead of trying to undercut other bids. I find myself doing alot of free extras, like sheds, or doors that weren't included by customers in the original scope of work, but if a client has openly discussed their budget and the job is paying a fair price, I dont feel it's necessary to bill for alot of these add-on items.

Exterior or Interior - Paint Removal
- $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
- $0.75 to $2.50 per square foot
To remove exterior paint, it requires power washing and scraping...if these steps get skipped, the final look isnt as professional looking.

Fence - Paint, Stain or Clean
- $15.00 to $25.00 per hour
- $0.75 to $3.00 per square foot
If sprayed, less money. If hand painted or rolled, slightly more.

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $20.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.50 to $4.00 per square foot
Trim, levels (1 story, two story or three +), type of exterior (stucco, wood or metal siding etc) all play a factor in determining the costs.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain
- $20.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.00 to $3.50 per square foot
Again, the amount of trim, are floors bare or finished etc, ceilings, all are taken into account and billed accord to difficulty, but we stay as close to the lower end price as much as possible.

Small Projects - Painting or Staining
- $25.00 to $50.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $1.95 to $5.00 per square foot
- $400.00 to $1,000.00 fixed fee per room
Size of rooms, or project is charged accordingly.
